For photographers and studios
Studiostock is the workspace photographers and studios use to keep clients, events, and the photos that come out of them in one place — and to handle every back-and-forth with the people who hired you, without spreadsheets, Drive folders, or WhatsApp threads.

The selection step, today
That’s how most photographers still figure out which frames the client wants printed. WhatsApp screenshots, Excel sheets of photo numbers, three-way calls with the in-laws. The shoot was the easy part. Getting back a clean list is where the days go.
WhatsApp loops
Aunty forwards 14 screenshots. Three of them are the same photo.
Photo-number spreadsheets
“IMG_2491” means nothing to your client at 11pm on a Tuesday.
Reconciling the final list
You match the numbers, double-check duplicates, hope nothing was missed.
How it works
Four steps. No software for your client to install, nothing for you to host. You bring the photos; we take care of getting their picks back to you.
Add the customer once, then a shoot under their name — wedding, birthday, anniversary, whatever you booked. Each event keeps its own folders and history.
Upload everything you culled. We compress fast preview frames in the browser before they hit storage, so your client’s phone doesn’t choke on 1,500 RAWs.
Send the link by email or DM, send the code separately by WhatsApp. They enter the code once and the gallery stays unlocked in their browser — no app, no account.
Your client taps the photos they want printed. You see the exact list on the event page — group them, mark them done, send them to the lab.
What you get
We aren’t trying to be your CRM, your invoicing tool, or your album designer. We do one thing — get the client’s picks back to you — and we try to do it well.
Every photo has a tap-to-pick. The right side of the gallery counts what they’ve chosen so far. You see the exact list, ready for the print queue.
One link per event. Your client unlocks with a code you control. If it leaks, rotate the code — the old one stops working instantly.
Bride prep, ceremony, candids, family. Organise the master the way you’d hand it to the client — they pick within each one.
Your client is reviewing on a 6-inch screen in bed at 11pm. Studiostock is designed for that — fast scroll, big tap targets, no zoom traps.
We compress to WebP in the browser before upload, then serve only what fits the viewport. Full-resolution loads when they zoom — never before.
Anniversary this year, maternity next year, child’s first birthday after that. Every event lives under the same customer.
Need to send the same gallery to the mother-in-law? Generate a fresh code. The link stays the same. The photos don’t move.
We don’t pretend you’re a stock-photo agency. Studiostock is built for the moment between shoot and print, where selects actually live.
Photos sit in your Cloudflare R2 prefix. We don’t resell, train on, or watermark them. You can pull the raw files out any time.
What your client sees
We obsess over the client side because that’s where the workflow breaks. Your customer is a school principal, an uncle, a busy mother of two — not a Lightroom user. So we built for them, not for us.

FAQ
Didn’t see your question? Write to hello@studiostock.in — a human replies, usually within a day.
No. They get a link from you and a 6-digit code separately. They enter the code once on their device and the gallery stays open — no signup, no app, no Apple ID, no Google sign-in.
Open the share dialog on the event and hit “New code”. The old code dies the moment the new one is generated, so whoever has the link without the new code can’t get in.
Photos sit in a Cloudflare R2 bucket scoped to your account. We don’t use them to train anything, we don’t resell them, we don’t watermark them. You can pull the raw files back out any time.
Each photo has a tap-to-pick. When they’re done, you see the full list on the event page — sorted by folder, with a count of how many they picked from each. Export it as a CSV or a numbered list to send to your print lab.
Studiostock is built for the selection step, not archival. We compress JPGs / WebPs in the browser before upload — that’s what your client sees. Keep your RAW master on your drive; we only need preview-grade frames here.
Your account drops to Free. Past events stay viewable to clients who already have the code, but you can’t upload new ones above the Free limits until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted unless you ask us to.
Studio branding (logo on the share screen and emails) is included from the Studio Pro plan. Studio and Solo plans show the gallery under the Studiostock mark.
Yes — the app and pricing are global. We bill in INR for now; we can issue invoices to a foreign address for studios who need it. Reach out and we’ll sort it.
Stop chasing selects in WhatsApp threads.
Your next shoot is probably this weekend. Set up a Studiostock account in two minutes and have a real gallery ready before Monday.
3 events, 150 photos each, on the house. Nothing to install.
